Warranty Coverage Period
All Klein Side Scan Sonar Systems are warranted for one (1) year from the date of shipment.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty ensures that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions. Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and this warranty reflects Klein's confidence in its engineering and production processes.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Klein
- Operation outside of specified environmental or electrical parameters
Warranty Service
If a defect arises during the warranty period:
- Contact Klein's technical support team to initiate a warranty claim.
- You may be required to return the product for evaluation.
- Klein will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.
